Synopsis:
After Chief Parker captures a counterfeiter, Superboy embarrasses him by recovering the evidence hidden inside Parker's own office. Superboy continues his humiliating tactics and frames Chief Parker. Parker is forced to resign, but another Superboy arrives to stop him.
This Superboy is the real one. He battles the other Superboy, who is revealed as a resident of a parallel universe. Red Kryptonite caused him to be transported to Earth-1 and frame Parker. When the Red K wears off, his compulsion to harm Parker ends, and he returns to his own universe. The real Superboy was alerted by Jonathan Kent, who noticed that the colors of the parallel universe's Superboy's logo were reversed.
