Synopsis:
Bill Wallace runs a successful oceanside restaurant. His landlord Silas Flint is greedy and refuses to renew Wallace's lease. Flint intends to open his own restaurant and reap a profit. When he learns that Wallace intends to reopen in another location, Flint fears the customers will be loyal to Wallace. Flint cheats Wallace by selling him another property; this one is underwater.

When Aquaman happens by, he learns of Wallace's dilemma. He offers to help by constructing a restaurant ship using parts from wrecked vessels. During the grand opening, a typhoon threatens the new restaurant. Aquaman seals up the ship and takes it below the surface like a submarine until the storm passes. In an ironic twist, the original restaurant, now owned by Flint, is destroyed by the typhoon.
