Synopsis:
Johnny Chambers must pretend that his pal Tubby has fast hands in order to protect his secret identity from a gossip columnist. Two crooks watch Tubby and decide to use his ability for criminal purposes. The crooks poison Tubby and force him to use his quick hands to rob people. Johnny Quick helps Tubby pretend to have fast hands. He also prevents the crimes without the crooks finding out. Finally he forces the crooks to reveal the location of the antidote that will save Tubby, before turning them in to the police.
