Synopsis:
Tubby enrolls in an efficiency course and uses his new skills to improve his own efficiency. While successful at first, Tubby’s time-saving inventions begin causing problems and Johnny Quick has to bail his friend out. After a near disaster at a chemical factory, Tubby gives up his newfound efficiency and returns to his old ways.
