Synopsis:
Congo Bill investigates the disappearance of a seal herd near the arctic. Bill discovers a ship full of poachers. Their ship has been disguised as an iceberg. Bill is captured, but he quickly trains a few seals to help him escape. He then sprays the ship with salt to melt the ice. Without their ice disguise, the ship is spotted by the government agents, and the poachers are arrested.
