Synopsis:
Congo Bill visits the ranch of his late friend Matt Morgan, which is now owned by his niece Jane. The ranch has been plagued by various accidents, that may force Jane to sell. Bill investigates and uncovers Curly, the ranch foreman, as the cause of the accidents. Curly wants Jane to sell, so that he can get rich from oil found on the land. Bill exposes Curly and captures him, returning the ranch to normal.
