Synopsis:
Following a storm in which his boat capsizes, Congo Bill washes up on the shore of a small island. On the island, he meets Malcolm Fitch who is studying the sealife. Fitch's assistant are looters that are raiding a sunken derelict. They try to eliminate Bill to prevent him from discovering their plot. Bill escapes and rescues Fitch. The looters then fall victim to an octopus and are pulled underwater to their demise.
