Synopsis:
Superman breaks up a Nazi fifth column organization called the 101% Americanism Society. He recovers documents indicating that Major Jonathan Ramsey is the head of the group. Ramsey is arrested and convicted, but he protests his own innocence and escapes.

Ramsey contacts Superman for help, but the Man of Steel is convinced Ramsey is guilty. Only when the real fifth columnists abduct Ramsey, does Superman realize that Ramsey was framed. Superman rescues Ramsey and gathers evidence proving the major’s innocence.
