Synopsis:
Wealthy Truman Treadwell is uncertain which nephew he should leave his fortune to. Brandon is a rogue who would waste the money, while Roger is a philathropist who would give the money away. When Truman dies he offers to money to Roger provided he can spend a million dollars in a single day.

Superman becomes involved and helps Roger to spend his money for the benefit of others without giving it away. Brandon in turn hires Tug Moxton to interfere, because if Roger fails to spend the money, Brandon will inherit it. Superman's help wins out over Moxton's tricks. Roger spends the money and then donates the remaining fortune.
