Synopsis:
Megala requests the help of Captain Atom to cure him of his condition. Since Megala believes that Silver Shield left Earth, he now thinks Captain Atom is his last chance. They set up an experimental procedure which allows Atom to absorb the radiation which is killing Megala. The experiment works, but leaves Megala blind.

At the same time Sgt. Charles Hendel is providing the Ghost with a briefing concerning all personnel associated with the Captain Atom Project.
