Captain Atom gets his powers back in this story.

Synopsis:
With some of his powers restored, Captain Atom breaks Major Force out of his cocoon. Both heroes then listen as Eiling, Megala, and Anton Sarrok tell them about Silver Shield, a spaceship that was found in the desert decades earlier. Megala, Sarrok, and Babylon's parents were the original team which investigating the ship. When they cut off a piece of it, Sarrok was put into a psychic coma, and Babylon's parents were killed. The metal piece was used to give both Captain Atom and Major Force their powers.

Now Silver Shield has escaped. Captain Atom and Major Force are sent in search of it. They are guided by Sarrok who now possesses psychic abilities. When they find the ship, Major Force attacks it. An explosion occurs, but both heroes are restored to full strength. Silver Shield then takes humanoid form. As Sarrok discovered, Silver Shield is alive.
