This story is continued from Adventures of Superman #426.

Synopsis:
Orion and Lightray approach Apokolips where they are attacked by Superman. The Man of Steel has been brainwashed by Darkseid and believes that he is the dark god's son. With the help of his Mother Box Orion breaks Superman of Darkseid's control while Lightray resists an attempt of seduction by Amazing Grace. Once Superman's mind is back to normal he confronts Darkseid and is able to prevail in a physical battle. Darkseid ends the fight by sending the Man of Steel back to Earth.
