Synopsis:
Following the battle against the alien invaders, Superman returns to Australia to assist the Australian Special Forces in cleaning up the crash site of an alien ship. He then goes home to Metropolis where as Clark Kent he delivers an account of the invasion to the Daily Planet. Perry accepts the story, then orders Clark to go home to get some rest.
After Clark nods off to sleep in from of the television, the Gangbuster breaks into Luthor's office. Brainiac tries to protect his partner, but he is unable to read the vigilante's thoughts. Instead the use of his mental powers on Gangbuster causes Brainiac to fall into a coma. Gangbuster then breaks off the attack and leaves the office.
Outside Gangbuster evades security and makes it to the rooftop. The Guardian confronts him there. The two costumed vigilantes fight. Gangbuster falls seven stories into a dumpster. The Guardian assumes that he didn't survive, but he is proven wrong. Instead the fight continues until the front of Gangbuster's uniform is ripped open. The Guardian is shocked by what he sees.
