This story is continued from Spectre #25 and continues in Spectre #27.
Synopsis:
Richard Redditch is able to affect technology and begins causing people on television to commit murder. The Spectre deals with a young group of boys transformed into killers by Redditch. However, he is unable to find Redditch who has made contact with an artificially intelligent super computer and used it to spread a computer virus.
