Synopsis:
After being gunned down by Pete Quarral and Praxis, the soul of Richard Redditch enters the super computer known as Monster. He then takes over the body of Mr. Rand, the director of the project, who possesses the tower to trigger armageddon.
Jim Corrigan makes the connection between Redditch and the serial killer known as the Artist. Quarral believes the case is over, but the Spectre realizes that Redditch's soul survived. After a meeting with Madame Xanadu, the Spectre enters the computer for a final showdown with Redditch.
