Synopsis:
Wally West learns that his father has died during the war against the alien alliance in Cuba. He also learns that Mark Shaw has been hired to kidnap Fidel Castro. The Cuban dictator throws a birthday party in Wally's honor because he saved the country. The guests at the party are all dressed as super-heroes and super-villains. When Manhunter tries to kidnap Castro at the party, he discovers that the revolutionaries who hired him are actually Durlans.
