Synopsis:
Inspired by a meteor shower, Blackie Kohl devises a plan to rob wealthy estates by propeling his gang through the air and over the fences. Starman is on hand and interrupts the gangs' first robbery attempt. When Blackie and the crooks strike a second time Starman finds them again. He is breifly captured, but is able to free himself. Finally Starman apprehends Blackie and the gang.
