Synopsis:
Starman attends the circus and must solve a mysterious robbery that occurs when the lights go out. He deduces that the man who was robbed must have been pickpocketed by the circus acrobats. The evidence can’t be found, so he follows them to a jewelry store, where he breaks up another of their crimes. Once the crooks are caught, the missing jewels are found.
