Synopsis:
Three small-time crooks have captured Starman. They drive him to a nearby cave to kill him where there will be no witnesses. However, they are surprised to discover an elderly inventor living in the cave who has constructed a time machine. The crooks hijack the machine and leave Starman to die in an explosion.

The crooks use the time machine to retrieve William Shakespeare from the past. They believe he will be able to plan crimes for them. Shakespeare doesn't want to cooperate, so the crooks trick him into coming up with a plan.

When the crooks return to the present they discover that Starman has escaped the explosion and survived. The trio of crooks get away from him long enough to put Shakespeare's plan into action, but Starman eventually catches them. With the crooks incarcerated, Starman uses the time machine to return Shakespeare to his rightful place in history.
