Synopsis:
Toby Weems seeks to change his reputation as a meek office worker. He brings a fake bomb into the office, then bravely acts to defuse it. Most of his co-workers are impressed except for Nick Armstrong who is suspected of planting the bomb and fired. Toby cannot clear Nick without revealing himself as a fraud.

Toby seeks out Starman to help with his moral dilemma. He wants to become a real hero, so Starman offers to let Toby help fight the Soup-Gang. Starman also breaks Armstrong out of jail where he was sent for planting the bomb. Toby finally overcomes his meek instincts and defeats the Soup-Gang leader who turns out to be Armstrong himself.
