Synopsis:
Crime boss, Mr. Napoleon, creates a series of movies in which the criminals win to inspire his men. Batman infiltrates the gang disguised as a crook named Tumbler. When he learns about the movies, he tries out for the role of Batman. Napoleon discovers that the real Batman has replaced Tumbler and plans to have him killed. Batman is able to signal Robin who comes to the rescue of his partner. Together they shut down the criminal movie operation.
