Synopsis:
Commissioner Gordon appears on a television talk show. The host, Jonah Jory, grills him about the Batman. Later Jory is murdered. The nearby night watchman spots Batman outside the window and reports it to the police. Gordon is forced to give the order to have Batman arrested for murder.

Meanwhile, Batman tracks down two low-level thugs. One was hired to impersonate Batman. The other was hired to make sure that the impostor was seen by witnesses. Despite the police surveillance, Batman visits the scene of the murder to finish solving the mystery. Jory killed himself and framed Batman. Once the mystery is solved, Batman is cleared of wrong-doing.
