Synopsis:
Greedy Phineas Van Derr has been inciting indian attacks against settlers. When the settlers flee, he takes their land. Orders intended for his men have been intercepted and entrusted to Tomahawk to deliver to the governor as proof of Van Derr's crimes.

Tomahawk and Dan Hunter rider to deliver the evidence to the governor. Van Derr sends his men to kill them along the way. Tomahawk escapes danger and makes his way to town. Van Derr's men confront him and throw his mail pouch into the river. Fortunately Tom kept the evidence dry, hidden in his gun barrel. He then captures Van Derr and prevents him from fleeing back to Europe.
