Synopsis:
A young boy named Bill Bowers has his watch and ring stolen by a crook. Zatara offers to help the boy track down the crook. Zatara then learns that the ring and watch will help identify the boy, so that he can collect a million dollar inheritance. The Tigress and her gang are involved in the theft, so that they can use another boy and claim the inheritance. Zatara tracks down and recovers the stolen items. Then he rescues Bill from the Tigress and helps him claim his rightful inheritance.
