Synopsis:
The Dummy expands his criminal empire, so that the Vigilante will not be able to stop him. However, the Vigilante calls in the Seven Soldiers of Victory to help stop the Dummy's criminal enterprises. Angered that his schemes are failing, the Dummy sets a trap and sends the Seven Soldiers back in time.
Green Arrow and Speedy meet the Three Musketeers and help absolve them of a crime. The Crimson Avenger and Wing are transported to ancient China where they use newly invented gunpowder to thwart a Japanese attack. The Star Spangled Kid and Stripesy discover America with Leif Ericsson. Vigilante is sent to Rome where he battles Roman legions and some of the Dummy's men. Lastly, the Shining Knight encounters Leonardo Da Vinci.
Da Vinci himself has invented a time machine. The Shining Knight helps him provide power for the machine and is able to return to 1943. He then rescues his comrades, and together they defeat the Dummy.
