Synopsis:
Several teenagers are given roles as city officials for a week. Crooks, seeking to take advantage of the youthful civic leaders, steal a supply of sleeping gas and begin a crime spree. With the help of the Minute Men, Hourman tracks the crooks and attempts to stop them. He is finally able to locate their hide-out when his Miraclo wears off. Fortunately Jimmy Martin, the teenage police commissioner, leads the Minute Men to the rescue. The boys apprehend the crooks demonstrating civic responsibility and competence.
