The Elemental War Act Three
This story is continued from Firestorm the Nuclear Man #91 and continues in Firestorm #93.
Synopsis:
Naiad and Red Tornado head to Japan where they proceed to destroy a fishing community named Nohara. Meanwhile, Firestorm has been buried under water and earth. He has a vision of Maya, the soul of the Earth. She explains his purpose and that Martin Stein was supposed to be Firestorm.
As the vision concludes Swamp Thing arrives. Firestorm tries to convince him to help against the other elementals, but instead the plant elemental takes him to Eden. The plant life there has mutated as a result of Firestorm's terraforming. Swamp Thing asks Firestorm to cleanse the area because he was responsible for creating it. After doing so, Firestorm and Swamp Thing head to Japan.
