Synopsis:
Cliff Ketter, a homeless man, finds the body of his friend Mike. When police and citizens seem unconcerned with the death of a vagrant, Cliff seeks help from Midnight. He goes to a church and lights a candle which summons the silent masked man.

Midnight offers his help. He goes undercover and soon witnesses the murder of another homeless man. Midnight is able to track the killer to Ken Morrell, a billionaire. Morrell and his friends are killing homeless men as part of an initiation to a club. Midnight chases Morrell, who flees on a helicopter. Midnight gets aboard and tosses Morrell to his death.
