Synopsis:
General Eiling pays a visit to Dr. Megala and threatens him. The General then departs, but the helicopter containing both he and Captain Allard goes missing. Captain Atom is dispatched to find Eiling, but he only finds the crashed helicopter. Major Force is suspected to be behind the crash and the missing officers.

Eiling and Allard are held captive and forced to make their escape through a series of traps. Eiling realizes that the traps are merely a delaying tactic to ensure he misses the launch of a new satellite which will ensure control of Major Force.

The delay works as Eiling is unable to make his escape before the launch. Megala and his bodyguard Babylon were behind the chopper crash and abduction. They wanted the General out of the way so that he would not discover that the satellite launch also contained an orbiting device linked to Megala. If he dies, the device will transmit evidence back to Earth regarding Eiling's role in the Captain Atom lie.
