Synopsis:
With the help of a ventriloquist, Slugger Watts arranges his escape from prison. The same ventriloquist then helps Slugger steal evidence from the police. Air Wave witnesses the theft and tries to stop the robbery. However, the ventriloquist strikes again. This time he convinces police that Air Wave has become a crook.

Air Wave is taken to jail, but he escapes by stealing the guard's keys. He then tracks down Slugger and his gang. Using his own form of ventriloquism, Air Wave tricks the crooks into surrendering to police. Air Wave captures the ventriloquist himself and has him arrested.
