Synopsis:
Dee Tyler attends a Washington party with Roger Richter. They are there to keep an eye on Dee's father who is being blackmailed by the host of the party Guerrehart. As the Phantom Lady, Dee rescues her father and retrieves a file that he had compiled of Guerrehart's criminal operations.
