Synopsis:
Dee Tyler begins to investigate the cause behind her father's distress as the Phantom Lady. She visits a local nightclub run by an arms dealer named Farid. She learns that a shipment of weapons will be used that night against a group of senators. Phantom Lady exists the club, intent on stopping the attack.
