This story is continued from Action Comics Weekly #618 and continues in Action Comics Weekly #620.
Synopsis:
Deadman is trapped in the animated corpse of Cosgrove, a dead police officer. He tries to stop Wellman Legros, but the voodoo king regains control of the body. Deadman can now only exert control over the zombie's voice.
Cosgrove is sent to abduct a pair of twins from Madame Waxahachie's day school. Deadman warns the staff, and the headmistress is able to break the zombie spell. This releases Deadman who then possesses the body of a school staff member in order to explain. Before the conversation is over, another staff member enters telling them that the twins were taken by two other zombies.
