Synopsis:
A criminal mastermind has been training criminals and planning their robberies. Batman interrupts one of the gangs in action. He catches two of the crooks, but the third escapes. Batman follows the third, Montgomery Marr, who has received new instructions. Monte and a new gang pull another job, which the Batman stops. When Monte tells Batman that the mastermind is called the Crimesmith, he bursts into flame and dies.
