Synopsis:
After being broken out of prison by government agents, Adrian Chase is taken to Gotham City where he meets with Harry Stein. Harry is now in charge of a secret government agency who is currently tasked with finding ex-KGB agent Katia who is trying to take stolen secrets out of the country.
Vigilante and Harvey Bullock locate Katia who is working with crime lord Don Carlos. While Vigilante watches their activities, he is spotted by Batman who tries to apprehend him. Batman is called off by Bullock who explains that Chase is working for the Feds.
Vigilante, Batman, and Bullock then team up to trap Katia and Don Carlos. The crime lord believes Katia has betrayed him. While Katia begins shooting at Vigilante, Carlos turns his men against her. The spy is shot, while Vigilante is pushed out of the line of fire by Batman, and he falls off a pier where he disappears.
