Comments:
The Big Boss in this story is a post-Crisis version of the villain who appeared in Vigilante Annual #2.
Synopsis:
The New York City crime lord puts out a contract on the Vigilante. Already hunted by police, Adrian Chase must now fight off attacks by various street punks. He eventually learns the identity of the boss who ordered the contract. Vigilante then crashes through the office window of the Big Boss. After killing several henchmen, he knocks the boss out the window where the man falls to his death.
Meanwhile, Harry Stein joins Val Vostok in an appearance before a senate oversight committee. The Peacemaker convinces himself that Stein is actually a terrorist known as Achmed and vows to take him down along with the Vigilante.
