Comments:
At this point, the Thanagarians have not yet invented the Relativity-Beam System later used to transport members to the Justice League's Satellite Sanctuary, hence their ignorance of teleportation in this story.

Synopsis:
The appearance of bizarre alien devices in place of Earth methods of communications portends the appearance of a spaceship in the sky over Midway City. Inside are the Tralls, from the other-dimensional world of Llorth, who have come to Earth to bathe in the galactic rays native to the area, which increase the super-sense they use to dominate their world. These facts are learned when Hawkman uses one of the alien devices to contact a Llorth slave-woman, who had sent the devices to warn Earth.

Hawkman deduces that the aliens are vulnerable to Thanagarian gravity-radiation, and also discovers that cold-light weapons can defeat them. He and Hawkgirl capture the Tralls and send them back to Llorth by remote control, where they become prisoners of those they had held as slaves.

The Llorth woman leaves the inter-dimensional communicator with them for study.
