Synopsis:
The Masters of Disaster escape from captivity in Markovia. Gregor tells his brother Brion which puts the Outsiders on alert. Before the team can begin searching for the super-villains, they are forced to handle a terrorist attack in which hostages are taken. The Outsiders rescue the hostage, but the terrorist leader releases poison gas. Windfall, who has come to the Outsiders seeking asylum from her former team, uses her powers to dissipate the gas. Windfall is then voted onto the team and taken in by Tatsu and Gaby.
