Synopsis:
The Green Lantern Corps returns to America after the presidential ban on super-heroes is revoked. Guy Gardner also returns in an attempt to convince the others to invade Russia where Kilowog, John Stewart, and Katma Tui remain. A fight ensues between Hal and Guy which results in Guy flying off to Russia on his own.
In the Soviet Union, Kilowog has completed improvements on a Rocket Red Brigade. John and Katma remain distrustful of the Soviets which prompts the Russians to order their capture. Kilowog and the first Rocket Red Josef Denisovich discover that their friends are missing, but before they can act on that information Guy Gardner begins his attack. Kilowog and Josef come to the defense of the Soviets, while alert levels are raised by both the Russian and American governments.
