Synopsis:
Hop and Ikky go on a barnstorming tour. They land their plane on the outskirts of a small town and meet a group of enthusiastic boys. While Hop teaches them to build model planes, Ikky goes into town to meet the mayor. A crook named Trampas kidnaps the mayor's son Barney and wants Hop to fly him across the border. Using their model planes, the boys send out a request for help. Ikky returns to the barn and disarms Trampas by accident. The crook is taken into custody, and the mayor places an order with Hop for some airplanes.
