Synopsis:
Irene Miller is entrusted with the plans to a new staticless radio. Crooks try to steal the plans from her, but a cab driver, Doiby Dickles, bravely rescues her. Green Lantern thanks Doiby for his help and eventually the radio is completed.

The crooks strike again. This time, Green Lantern is knocked out, so Doiby dresses in a Green Lantern costume and goes after the crooks who have captured Irene. Doiby’s disguise does not fool Barton, the leader of the crooks, but GL recovers in time to assist the cabbie in defeating the villains.
