Synopsis:
Steve and Diana visit the Bandit Club which Steve suspects is a front for the Zoot Suit Gang. Wonder Woman captures the head of the gang, Mimi Mendez and brings her to Paradise Island for reformation. Before arriving, Mimi bails out of the plane and stows away aboard another plane.

Mala takes the other plane up to search for the escaped prisoner. Mimi knocks out Mala and tosses her into the ocean. Mala swims to New York Harbor and is puzzled by her experience in the Man's World. Eventually she is arrested and placed in a jail cell with two members of Mimi's gang.

Mala escapes from jail and is brought to the club with her cellmates. Wonder Woman is forced to surrender to Mimi to save Mala. Working together the Amazons escape captivity. Steve and the Holliday Girls arrive as reinforcements, and Mimi's gang is defeated.
