Synopsis:
Sam's landlord visits his studio demanding the rent money. Sam has just finished his latest comic strip for Brain Pix Comics and promises to pay the rent after delivery. The landlord takes the strip himself. When he delivers it, Stan Bragg gives him a suit that he had tailored for Sam instead of money. The landlord tells Sam he is keeping the suit, but when he tries it on, the arms are too long because it was tailored to fit an ape.
