Synopsis:
Angel and Sam investigate the kidnapping of a young girl. The kidnappers leave a ransom note, so Angel waits in the park with the money. A giant pigeon then drops an egg full of knock-out gas. The pigeon then takes the suitcase full of money.

Sam grabs the pigeon, but he is attacked by several more. The one with the money escapes, but Sam learns that the pigeons are really just crooks in flying suits. Sam dons one of the pigeon costumes and locates the crooks' hideout. He then rescues Angel and the girl who are both held captive.
