Synopsis:
Steve Trevor flies to California to receive intelligence information about Japanese activity in South America. Steve's contact, Captain West, is murdered before he can relay the information, but the assassin captures Steve anyway, taking him and the Holliday Girls as prisoners.

Worried over Steve's disappearance, Wonder Woman flies west to find him. Etta Candy mentally contacts Diana, alerting her to a secret Inca City in South America where they are being held.

Wonder Woman arrives in the city and rescues an Inca girl from becoming a human sacrifice. She is believed to be a god, until the high priest Quito has her imprisoned. When they try to execute her she breaks free, rescues Steve and the Holliday Girls, and reveals Quito's plan of conspiring with the Japanese. Quito hurls himself to his death, then Wonder Woman and her friends leave the city in peace.
