This story is continued from the second story of Phantom Stranger #40.

Synopsis:
Ronnie Kuhn has been tricked by a group of female criminals into robbing the World Bank. She is left behind with an explosive. The real Black Orchid, who had infiltrated the criminals disguised as one of their members, rescues Lisa. She then goes after the four remaining members of the gang. Ronnie assists by bringing in the final member of the gang. When the crooks are turned over to the police, the officers believe that Ronnie is the real Black Orchid.
