Slugg discovers that Dippy has stolen his watch and takes his men to kill the pickpocket. Green Lantern intercepts Slugg, but can't arrest him. Slugg then plans an accident for the D.A. He steals the evidence himself and returns to his hide-out. Dippy then leads Green Lantern to the hide-out where the evidence is recovered, and Slugg is arrested. Green Lantern then shows Dippy that his pickpocketing has become a subconscious routine. Dippy promises to reform.
