Synopsis:
London is threatened by earthquakes caused by a powerful bell. The man behind the quakes calls himself the Destroyer and orders the King to abdicate his throne. When the King refused, the Destroyer kidnaps Lady Valerie, the King's niece. The Black Pirate is also captured. They escape during the next quake. The Black Pirate then defeats the Destoyer and unmasks him as Sir John Malvin.
