Synopsis:
Alan Scott's neighbor Julia Whitehall learns that she has been unknowingly working for gangster Red Karit. When the gang kidnaps her, Streak attempts to save her. When he fails he summons Green Lantern. Green Lantern also fails to stop the kidnapping, but Streak recovers and follows the crooks.

The gangsters force Julia to help steal a necklace from her boyfriend Ken Whitehall. Streak helps protect the necklace and rescues Julia and Ken. Then Green Lantern and Streak track down Red Karit and his gang, where they finally succeed in apprehending them.
