Synopsis:
An injured man is rushed to a nearby hospital. Fearing the man could die, the doctor orders the use of an experimental brain hormone. The patient survives, but he goes mad. He also gains super human strength and an aversion to sound. He breaks out of the hospital and escapes.

The escaped patient then hears the sound of a nearby concert. Enraged, the man charges into the crowd which includes Aqualad and Aquagirl. He shoves Tula and injures her before Aqualad can bring him down. Aquagirl is left in a daze and wanders away. Aqualad is barely able to find her and carry her back to the ocean before they both expire from dehydration which requires them to be submerged every hour.
